What is a Life Coach and What does a Life Coach Do?

A Life Coach is a non-credentialed consultant who takes an active, hands-on approach to helping people with relationship, career, family, and finance issues.

- A perfect and simple solution for those who do not feel they need a psychiatrist or psychology because their problems do not merit the costly services and extensive analytical process of a medical professional.

- Many life coach regimens involve weekly meetings, journal-writing "homework," defining goals through "life blueprints," and bullet-pointed progress updates.

I have 15 years of "Life Transition" study in the area of adult and child case management, including but not limited to consulting in life, relationship, education, business and financial matters.

I am an active member of “Coachville – International Association of Coaches”. I am also a member of the Clergy and provide regular community counseling services. Though I am a member of the clergy, I am respectful of all faiths.

Having been an Office Manager and Human Resources Specialist for the past 10 years, I have a great amount of knowledge in the area of business management and employment issues.

I have full control of and subordinate my own agendas, biases, and desires to judge or criticize others.

As a Life Coach, I am able to make very objective observations and even more importantly, communicate the observations in a very clear and truthful manner to you.

As your life coach, I will not control control, or manipulate you. The coaching process is like no other in that, the path or route for you to achieve your goals will not be known or organized in advance. The path constantly changes depending upon you!

As your Life Coach, I have a keen ability to listen and seek out the truth from you. I exert 100% effort to listening to all aspects of what you are truly saying and meaning.

I possess a natural desire to tune into others, it is very helpful. One of the most difficult things any human being faces is the ability to clearly express their inner feelings and thoughts. It is very important for me to not only seek your true inner feelings by encouraging you to try to express your true feelings, but to actually discover what your true feelings are.

Remaining Professional, I have the ability to communicate my observations to you without any hint of expertise, or superiority. Once your inner most and normally very guarded feelings are discovered, it is my obligation to describe them to you in a very supportive and clear manner, without any hint of judgment. I will be firm with my observations and present the truth to you always.
